Volvos now have amber running lights front and rear. They have an 
additional side indicator though.

I prefer the red rear lights - it makes more sense after all! It gives 
the car more of a "spaceship" feel :-)

Not so - you can just earth the existing bulb onto the + side of the 
front indicator. Simple.
