[doc] paint colour for front and rear fascias

Has anybody got a colour code / mix for the painted front and rear fascias
Rover steel grey is quite close, but has too much blue
so far ive noticed no 2 deloreans have had the same colour fascias anyway
but will be good to have a base to start from
