[doc] Immobiliser

I'm in a posting frenzy tonight - I must have work to do and I'm trying to
avoid it.

Surely the DMC12 is the least likely car to get nicked you could imagine.
It is instantly recognisable, virtually everyone in the UK is logged and
therefore couldn't be flogged.  There isn't a big enough demand in 'black
market' s/h parts to make it worthwhile breaking it up and who's going to
ship it abroad?  As for joyriders, they're going to take a Scooby or a
hothatch witha big exhaust.

At least that's what the police told me last time they pulled me to have a
good look.  (Oh, and to mention that I had no valid licence plates, or tax
and would I mind awfully getting some?)
