[doc] Doing Business Through the DOC newsgroup

When I surf throught the messages on the YahooGroups website, 
anything with a subject heading that is not of interest to me I 
simply don't read it.

However on the flip side, I have found/bought lots of stuff for my 
DMC on this list that I may never have found had I not seen them on 
the list.

I sold 40 sets of those switch stickers and made about £6.00 if 
that! I do it as a hobby not a business and generally like to think 
I occasionally help owners by offering bits that people would like 
for their cars, and do it at cost price.

Perhaps the best thing is if people refrain from replying 
to 'business requests' throught the list and e-mail members privatly 
after the initial posting to the list, unless, that is, you deam the 
information to be of use to other members.
