[doc] FUSE 18 - 10 or 20 amp?

Another mystery discovered...
I was checking my fuses as per the owners manual.
Well, fuse 18 has a 10 amp fuse in it.
Manual says its supposed to be 20 amp.

Which is the correct to use? 
Has there been an update issued (from 20 to 10)...
or did the previous owner simply put in a 10 amp fuse instead of a 20 
amp fuse???

Would this have anything to do with my hazard switch not lighting 
up???
