All.

The C&E website isn't particularly clear, but it seems to indicate 
that a BTI certificate is applied to a *type* of product; granted to 
an individual; and valid for 6years.

Doesn't that mean that someone who has already been granted one could 
reuse it to import another?


On the upside the website also advises that each BTI is posted as 
valid to the European C&E, maybe Brussels can overturn the decision!
