Re: [doc] BTI - new C&E classification



I don¹t understand why HMCE have done this.  I imported 4754 only 3 weeks
ago and I got the BTI at 5%.

The must of changed there minds within the last 3 weeks.  Anybody who is
importing and wants to quote me as a recent example please feel free to do
so.
