[doc] Re: BTI / Sorry Guys

Well thats put a bit of a damper on my next import...:( ... all of a 
sudden thats ££££ extra on the bill, making importing not quite as 
attractive, im really sorry to anyone who is in the process of 
importing, its quite a blow.

If anyone has any ideas how to 'fight this' i will get involved and 
try and help if i can........
