[doc] Rear louvre: was Thanks to Robert Lamrock

Yea I'll take the louvre, how much does he want for it? I also need an auto trans shifter with the little dmc logo on top, the drivers side armrest in black (part behind the door, where the seat belt comes from), and new horns.
