I've done this Thomas, it's quite easy.  All you need is some thin aluminum 
strip and glue.  Details are on dmcnews.com.  Mine had quite a bad eyebrow 
(known as a Roger in some circles) but it's completely fine now.  The hardest 
bit is removing/replacing the facia though you might get away with leaving it 
on if you remove the headlights.
