RE: [doc] DOC Main Event - mirrored

If someone can get into Bath, our company has a 1055CM DesignJet poster printer from HP. It can print up to A0 size. We have it as a demo unit, but noone really knows how to get the most out of it. If someone can work out how to get the right paper for the stand, and works out how much ink the printer will need, then acquaints themselves with how the printer needs to be set up to get the size of image you want, I will happily provide the use of the printer free. All you will have to cover is ink and paper costs.

This unit can produce stunning results, so I think you would have the impact you require for the stand.

PSO will have had her front and back repainted, new tires, new wheels, new suspension, new interior carpets and a rebrush by the time of the NEC. Perhaps if you do end up using the above printer for the stand, PSO might get a chance to show herself off on the stand? I might also be able to sort out some data projectors, flat screens and IT, to add even more of "futuristic" punch to the event. If you have DVD based film of the car driving, 3D revolving graphics of the car, etc, we could have that on screens above the car. Our company has huge stands at major IT events, full of screen, IT and futuristic design. I'd love to see NEC 2004 as a major event for the car.

Please call me on weekends to discuss in more detail, I'd love to help.

Stephen.

Talking about the NEC.... You can see a blown up display with a yellow
DeLorean on it (from SSI I think) at the first link below, which is just
like the suggestion Chris P. mentioned.

Does anyone know who may be able to supply the mirrors and suitable supports
to pull off the below.  This would pull people over to the DeLorean at the
NEC, like bees to honey...

A computer rendered image of the angled mirrors idea can be seen at this
link.
