One of the switches controls door and interior lights, the other is for the key buzzer. To test your door lights locate the wiring harness that contains the wires that connect to the driver door switches, depending on your Vin #, locate the purple/pink or purple/white wires and jump them to the black ground wire. The lights should illuminate. If they do you have isolated the problem to either a defective or missing door light switch.

I am still trying to diagnose the problem I have been having in which my backup lights are on in Park and Neutral, as well as reverse.
I have removed the multifunctin switch from the transmission for examination. The lights go on and off when I press one of the two little buttons, but no positioning of the switch in its place will make the lights go off with the car in Park.
Is there some kind of adjustment of the mechinism inside the transmission that activates this switch, or is the switch itself defective? (it shows some subtle signs of having been hit at some point). Does anybody have a switch assembly left over from a governor computer transplant that they would be willing to part with? Other than replacing the switch, I am running out of debugging ideas.

This is not correct. The original tires are all NCTs, 195/60HR14 front and 235/60HR15 rear. The best replacement tire is the Yokohama AVS Intermediate, which is the only reasonable street/performance tire available in both sizes, to my knowledge.
It is easy to find tires in either size. The trick is finding the *same model* tire in both sizes. If you have different kinds of tire (or, in some cases, even the same model tire from different production runs) on front and back, your handling can be affected (usually adversely). How much it is affected depends on which specific tires you're using and how hard you drive the car. Some people actually like to do it this way - put snow-oriented all season tires on the rear and rain oriented tires on the front, for maximum traction in adverse weather. I've never heard of this on a DeLorean.

Recently I went to look at another delorean for sale. This delorean was not a "show car" there were a few dings on the body, and the interior was wretched looking. It does however have a new engine clutch and brakes. I test drove it, and when I first got in the brake felt more like a clutch than the clutch. When I pressed on the brake, there was no resistence and the car was not slowing until the brake was practically to the floor. (like a clutch) Once the brake was close to the floor, it compressed like a normal brake. I was just curious IF any other people had this problem, and how they fixed it. My automatic does not do this, so I assume this is not normal for a delorean. Thanks Joe P. VIN 6808

Terri - the original tires were Goodyear NCT's all around. It is normally not a good idea to mix tire manufacturers or tire types front to rear or side to side due to compromised handling characteristics. A very acceptable replacement for the original NCTs are Yokohama AVS Intermeditates. They are available in the correct sizes from Tire Rack for well under $100 per wheel.

Bob - This is a common problem with DeLoreans. Those pegs are actually switches. The switch is spring loaded to be normally closed when the peg is not pressed. Pressing the peg opens the circuit. There are wires attached to the switches under the dashboard. Normally, the lights not working are due to the wires falling off the switch. The switches are supposed to have a rubber cap that extends the switch to ensure it contacts the door panel. You can't really tell if the switch is working while you are closing the door because the switch is not activated until the door is almost completely closed.
The second switch on the driver's side is for the ignition key reminder buzzer.

I don't have an answer for you but I have a better question for ya....My drivers side door lights only go on when the door is at its lowest part of being open (right before it is pushed to be closed) It has been like this for as long as I owned it. You're correct on the front tires, but the original rear tires were also NCT's in a 235/60-15, not the Eagle GT's in a 245 as you stated. I know, I've got the original tires in storage. Plus the owner's manual gives the sizes.
If at all possible, stick with the same brand AND model of tire for the front and the back. Mixing tire models could in some cases cause handling problems. There are a few different models of tires that fit the D that come in the original 195/60-14 and 235/60-15. Speed ratings of H, V, or Z or OK, plus a couple of other ones that I don't recall. The speed rating isn't really all that important unless you plan to drive at very high SUSTAINED speeds. V and Z are both rated faster (better) than H.
One of the best currently being produced is the Yokohama AVS Intermediate. You can get these from the Tire Rack (http://www.tirerack.com/) for about $350 for the set of 4 delivered to your door. They'll recommend a local tire shop to mount and balance if you ask them. I've got a set of the AVS tires and can highly recommend them. Smoother ride than the NCTs and better handling IMHO. Of course I am comparing them to 18 year old tires :) I'll also highly recommend the Tire Rack. I've been buying tires from them for about 3 years and have never had any problems. PS--I'll sell my NCT's to you if you're really interested. 3 of the 4 are in near perfect condition with 6/32 of tread or more, and the 4th is nearly as good, but shows some wear in the center of the tread. No cracking or checking of the rubber.

DMC Joe already covered most of this, but one thing I'll mention is that a lot of DeLoreans came with small pieces of rubber hose pushed onto the end of the switch to allow the switch to operate even if the door wasn't aligned quite right. As an alternative for (or addition to) your piece of hard rubber, you may want to look at adding a piece of hose on to these. Use something fairly flexible like vacuum hose.
Driver's side: two switches. One for the lights, the other for the key buzzer. Passenger side: One switch for the lights.

As far as I know, there is not a NC Delorean club. However, being a NC
D owner, I would like to see this happen. On July 10th of this year was a
casual meeting of Deloreans in Clemmons, NC where 4 NC cars and 1 Virginia
car attended. It would be nice to locate more NC Ds and see if we could
arrange something in the future again.....with more cars of course. I
personally would be happy to meet with you and your D. So NC D owners, let
yourself be known!

HI! I have heard previous posts in the past about the left front fenders but didn't ever give them much thought. Eariier today though, I was reading my Gold Portfolio book and I came across where it mentioned the gentleman's name who bought all of the rest of the leftover stock at the warehouse in
Colombus (about 400 more DeLoreans) except left front fenders. Why not the fenders? Did they become lost? Did he just not want the l. f. fenders?

I have the same problem with my '83. Although I haven't been able to get it up to any decent spees as of yet, because of my warm up regulator not functioning, I did get to drive it down my driveway, and the brakes didn't seem to be friendly with me either. I don't know what caused this, but after the regulator is done with, I plan on pulling the brakes off and giving them a good check.

We're getting married this New Year's Eve on Block Island.
Now that I'm not really interested in any other women, they seem to be crawling out of the woodwork!
HEY! I've found out how to turn the D into a babe magnet! It's really
quite simple.
You need a Bob. Bob is my new dog. He's a sheepdog, you know, a big dog with white hair covering his eyes, gray on the back side. I took him out in the D for the first time last night and he likes it in the back between the seats with his big head sticking just forward of the passenger seat. Bob likes it so much I left him in the D last night. He likes cars, I think the D will be his permanent home. He is so much fun. He never disobeys, never made a mess, (well he does shed, but only the tiniest amount) he obeys every command I give him, and he eats almost nothing, well that's not quite accurate, he doesn't eat anything.
Have you gotten the idea yet?
Bob's an inanimate object. But I always pat him on the head and tell him to guard the D when I leave him in it. Most people think he's a real dog when the see him! Bob's so much fun! He's just right for the D!
Bob cost $ 40 at COSTCO. I gave his identical twin, named Bob, to my fiancé a few weeks ago. Before she was my fiancé! I think Bob had something to do with the way things turned out. Today we pick out, and
buy if it's just right, an engagement ring, and look for a condo at Breakwater Key in Stratford CT, where I keep my boat, "Webe Jammin'".

I know this may sound like a really dumb question, but this being not only my
first DeLorean, but the first one I've ever been truly close to, I have this
question to offer up; is that the real horn? It sounds like the love child
of the road runner and the three tenors. Is it supposed to be that weak, or
is it possible that the low end is not functioning?
Also, while I'm asking dumb questions, here's another. How do you get
into the speaker housings in the front? My dash speaker is blown and needs
replaced, but I'm not sure how to get into it, and don't want to risk tearing

ok, this may seem morbid, but does anybody have any pictures of Deloreans that are totaled? Ones that were in bad accidents and such. Had the brakes been "pumped up" after the new parts were installed? When new pads are installed, the calipers must be forced backwards in order to fit nice fat new pads around the rotor. This action will force brake fluid back into the reservoir at the master cyl. (and sometimes, out on to the floor) Now assuming that the brake job went smoothly (i.e. didn't have to replace a caliper, no brake lines broke) and some replacement brake fluid was added to the reservoir, maybe the new parts need to be seated by pumping the brake a few times. Check fluid level first and check for fluid on the floor at each tire (leaks).

Due to an error when the company was still in business (Grand Delusions says it was a clerical error) there were not very many spare LF fenders produced. There are plenty of spare parts, including body panels, for the rest of the car, except for that.

There are two horns on the DeLorean. First, make sure they are both working. Then marvel at how little sound they produce.
The front speakers are accessed from under the dash. It is easier if you remove the seat (it is only 4 nuts per seat, from the bottom of the car.) The rears speakers are MUCH more complicated to get to.

I attended one of the Kapac open houses about three years ago and Marvin Kantz, the fellow that bought the remaining DeLorean parts in Ireland and shipped them to Columbus, was there. James Espy and I walked with him through some of the isles of parts and as we walked he related some of the story about his obtaining those parts. All of the parts were crated and the boxes were marked as to their contents. There were two crates, one marked right front fenders and one marked left. The time involved in shipping the crates to Columbus and getting them unpacked was lengthy. When they finaly got to the crates with the front fenders, the left fender crate had been mis-marked. He had two crates of right front fenders. He led us to belive that he had left some parts behind. I seem to remember reading that he brought enough to build 1,000 DeLoreans. Anyway, he said his people went back to Belfast to find the left fenders but anything left behind had been bulldozed into the dirt and destroyed. Some of his recollections conflicted with what I'd heard John DeLorean say in talk show interviews but I have no reason to doubt that this story is true.

No Steve you are wrong, the had no moulds...
I called Dirk Wacker (the guy behind DeLorean Steel Products) two days ago asking for the fender reproduktion. He told me they build the fenders from one sheet metal by hand without a mould. But he told me also that they had not done one single piece at this time. Actually they only removed dents from a rear quarter panel and produced some key- and plateholders.
I told him I want to write an article for "stainless" (german D´ mag) about the reconstruction of an right front fender. I had got a "testpiece" from an friend of mine having an accident some weeks ago. He told me that they are willing to do this, but he can not guarantee for a perfect result.
Now he is on vacation the next four weeks, but right behind I will made the test and let you guys know the result...

Just a quick key note or two.
My DMC keys should generally be available at your DMC dealer...their cost will be slightly higher than my direct price but you don't have to wait for ever...:-)
I will soon have both the single and double DMC key systems.......more when the door key is ready...:-)
I am currently working on the DMC key with a light in it. This "NEW" DMC is indistinguishable from the original, but will have a soft Brass key (less wear and tear on the locks) and a long lasting battery and LED instead of incandescent lamp. This extends the battery life and reduces the chances of water damage to the key interiors.
If you have always wanted one of these puppies - they will be available in time for Christmas.

Hi guys and gals,
I'm new to the list. I've owned an early 1981 (VIN 2109) since it was produced. Although I love the car, I've not been an active enthusiast. So, I need some advice -- here's the problem.
For the past year I've had an intermittent problem; the car just stalls for no apparent reason. Typically, it will restart only after waiting for anywhere from 5 minutes to a couple of hours. I've had the car at my trusted local mechanic for two months now without success in fixing the problem. The ignition coil has been replaced.
Could it be the impulse coil in the distributor shorting out when hot? Could it be the inertia switch failing and shutting off the fuel pump? Anything else? Any suggestions on how to check it out?

This is what we do know for sure:
1) The site www.delorean.com is owned by John Z. himself
2) We also know that Kathryn DeLorean is helping her father with raising more funds for his new car project. Although rumors of a new D has been around for some time, the D2-site looks to be more than just a rumour.
3) What has a limited-edition DMC-watch (or D2-watch) have to do with the new DeLorean?
I would GUESS that this is just one way of financing yet another step of the DeLorean car project. When the watch is ready to be ordered and the limited quantities have been produced, I think the prize for those watches will be very expensive. If the watches turn out to be cheap, then there won't be much money of it.

Man - that was a QUIET weekend. I got a couple of comments form list-members regarding withdrawal symptoms. . . . . Thanks to our tech support guy at eGroups, we finally figured out where the problem was. Kind of self- imposed, I'm afraid.
Here's what happened - right after switching moderators, suddenly messages started going through unmoderated. The only workaround for this was to disable the list. (You don't want to see absolutely everything, trust me on this). I corresponded with the help desk at eGroups, and after a day or so of head scratching (and test messages) determined that the switched-to moderator had an out-of-the office message generator going. This was interpreted by the eGroups server as an OK to post.
Anyway, it's fixed now, so hopefully the list is back to normal. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. You learn something new everyday, I guess.

I've been out of town for a few days and am just catching up on the 156 emails in my in-basket.
I have owned a DeLorean for 17 years. I use Windex on it all the time. In fact, often, after I wash and dry the car, I then go over the entire car with windex.
Windex obviously does nothing for the black trim pieces, but I assume you know that.

This is a very interesting sight. Imagine my surprise when I saw a picture of my car, that I took in the driveway of my house in California, in an advertisement for painting Deloreans in Switzerland. I hope that this company is not trying to give the impression that they painted that car (it's the black one). I'm not sure how they got the picture, I have e-mailed them inquiring. Although the car looks awfully pretty in the picture that was five years ago and the paint has since faded and peeled so I stripped it off (except for the facias). -SweatyEddy

Something is definatly up with that company. When i went to their website I saw those pics and I could have sworn i had seen the pic of that yellow D some place before. I think this could be some type of scam they might be trying to run on us.

Fuel problem no more! One of the DMLer's, Chris Coplen, came over to my hosue to help me out with my fuel problem....VERY SIMPLE! It was just a fuel hose that cracked on the inside near the end. all we did was cut the hose shorter and reattached it. works great! I also changed the air intake hoses, and painted the top black trim on the windshield...my car is really looking a lot better. all i need now is the seats redone and I'm set...for not. I got a question though...how do people store their cars for the winter? should it be in a heated garage with carpet or doesnt it matter. I heard that cement sweats during the winter and that water will get in my frame...I don't want that to happen. if anybody knows of a good place to store a car, or even has one extra stall in their garage that they would rent out for a nice price, let me know. thanks to all who posted regarding my fuel problem. 4512 is back on the road...better than before.

Yesterday I went to start my D but soon discovered that the cheapo Costco battery had died. I jump started the car with the trusty 80 Buick and cruised on down to the local Monkey Wards for a new Interstate battery. The guys behind the counter couldn't find a listing for an 81 DeLorean so one of them suggested that they look under AMC! Need I say more? I got the new battery in and all is well. Today I entered the car in a local car show sponsored by the Camaro Club of San Diego but won nothing. The award for the best foreign car went to a shiny Pantera. There was also a guy there who looked just like Christopher Lloyd and enjoyed having his photo taken in front of my car. All in all it was a great weekend. If your garage is heated and climate controlled - wonderful. However, the number of DeLoreans stored in such an environment are very few. So, let's get realistic.
FUEL: The single most important thing to worry about if your car is to be stored for the winter is to take care of the fuel system. Fill the tank just before you put up the car for the winter and be sure to add some fuel stabilizer according to the directions on the product. In addtion, I suggest you run the car for 10 to 20 minutes once per month during the winter. Run it long enough to have the fans come on at least once.
TIRES: Avoid those flat spots by having the car up on jack stands. If you don't do this, at least make some movement of the tires periodically (like when you run the car once a month) so that there is a different point of contact between the tires and the concrete.
MOISTURE: If that is a real problem in your area, a piece of old carpet might not be a bad idea. Also, get some moisture aborber at your local Home Depot or the like and use according to directions.
BATTERY: Either have a battery tender type of device or disconnect the battery during long periods of storage.
CRITTERS: Often a problem. D-Con or some other form of critter control is a very good measure.
Of course, if you really have some money to spend, you might look into the Carcoon sold by DMC Houston.

You live in the Great Lakes region, don't you? I keep mine in an ordinary garage in Cleveland. Generally, winter air is very dry around here. Even if the cement does sweat very little water can get airborn.

If you aren't too far from northern Indiana you should check out the National Automobile and Truck Museum of the United States (NATMUS). Last time I checked they offered a pretty good deal on heated, indoor storage where the public will admire your car all winter long.

Can you tell me about your fuel problem? I'm having engine trouble myself and even the Volvo dealer cannot come up with a solution... The fact is that my engine gradually loses power and RPM after 10 minutes of driving.

This may not help but I'll tell it anyway. My passenger side door would clunk when ever you opened it and closed it, like it was miss aligned. I looked at the door guides and saw that the plastic by the door lock on the door broke and the metal pin that latches the door down was catching in the hole where the plastic was. i took the door guide off and it wouldnt clunk anymore, so i just filed down the door guide a bit and now it works perfectly! the door never sounded so good. now if i could only drive the car before winter!! (damn fuel problem!)

Your low filament has burned out. In most dual headlight systems, the low beam light has 2 filaments in it: a low and a high. When you click your highbeams on, it turns on the high filament. Replace at least that headlight. I recommend changing both low beams, however, so they will produce the same amount of light.

I have a Chevy Nova, also with the 4 headlights, 2 come on in low beam mode, and all four come on in high beam mode. When one doesn't work in low beam mode, but works in high-beam mode that means (usually) that the low beam filament has burned out and the headlight needs to be replaced. If that is the case, it has been recommended that you replace both of the hi/low beam lights.

try going to the website www.delorean.ch/. It is in German but you probably speak German anyway. go tothe section called Dateien. There you will find a zip file on the Craig radio. (schematics, etc.). I have not downloaded the zip file but it probably will have what you need.

I bought my DeLorean new and have all the papers and information it was delivered with. There was no Craig radio manual. The directions dealing with the Craig radio were included in the owners manual. I've put them in the Vault so you can see them. The 1981 Owners Manual shows the early version of the radio. Late '81's eliminated the clock in the center console and incorporated it in the Craig radio's frequency display., I don't think there was ever anything printed regarding that.

If you car has the original horns they are now 18 years old and are suffering from water damage and age. The speakers are removed from under the dash, no need to remove any components.

You probably have a defective door switch. To isolate this problem jump the electrical leads connected to the switch. If the lights remain on when the door is open fully replace the switch.

Ok, so here's the update. I wanted to make sure that all was working as it should be concerning this warm up regulator, so I took out a plug and grounded it while someone cranked the car, and it sparked, so it's getting fire. I checked the two lines running into the regulator, and they both had gas in them, but not a lot. But there was gas in the ports on the regulator, so it had been pumped in. Is there some form of priming or something I'm supposed to do to this thing before I put it on?

First of all, why did you change your warm-up regulator; they rarely go bad. What was your original problem ?

Air in the fluid lines will cause this condition. Bleed the entire brake system and than check its performance.

Hi there-
I was wondering if I could get an opinion on my situation regarding the clutch in my '81 DMC.
I had my DeLorean for about a week, and I noticed that the gears were starting to grind a bit. Before I knew it, 2nd gear wasn't accessible. I pulled over and checked the clutch fluid reservoir. It was bone dry, so I filled it with Dot 40 clutch fluid. This worked great... for a week. Then, the problems came back with a vengeance. I couldn't hit 2nd or reverse, and 1st gear was grinding badly. 3rd 4th and 5th were fine, however.
At this point, I noticed a few things. First, I could hit all gears when the engine was off, so I figured it probably wasn't the transmission. (is this a safe bet?) And second, the gears seemed to take much less of a beating (they even worked most of the time) if I repeatedly pumped the clutch before using it. Also, I gave my new car a day off, and the clutch worked really well for the first 20 miles of it's next trip, then the gears started to grind a bit again, but did not become non-functioning.
I took My DeLorean to a clutch/transmission shop, where they diagnosed bad clutch hydraulics and figured that the master and slave cylinders would need replacing. I had heard that when one goes, the other isn't far behind, so this seemed to make sense. Then, I got a call later in the day from the shop saying that they had found some seepage around the clutch line and that the problem may be the cable itself, which would be a much cheaper (happier) fix. I am waiting to see if the changing the clutch line is the answer.
Does this sound like a master/slave cylinder problem or a clutch cable problem, or is this a problem that has to be witnessed to diagnose?

This is definitely *not* a clutch cable problem, since DeLoreans don't have clutch cables. When shifting is affected by temperature, it is often because the polymer hydraulic line has softened. Make sure to replace it with the braded steel line. However, replacing the line is usually not cheaper than replacing the master and slave cylinders!

My mechanic told me that the DOT 4 fluid used by British cars wears out master/slave cylinders faster than the DOT 3 fluid used in American cars. It has to do with its chemistry and tendency to absorb water. He told me to expect to replace the master/slave cylinders regularly.
Does anyone know if he is right?

Here is what to do. As you mechanic recommended change the master & slave cylinder and also replace the original plastic clutch line with the up graded stainless steel replacement. All of these parts are available through PJ Grady and DMC Houston. When ordering tell them that we told you to call.

A while back I was replacing the idler pulley bearing and upon reinstallation over tightened one of the bolts, stripping the threads (not a good thing). After calming down, I decided to re-tap the threads to a larger size and after carefully accomplishing this a larger bolt worked fine. I am now VERY careful with this and all other fasteners into the aluminum block. I later fabricated and installed a stainless steel plate as an extention to the muffler heat shield. It extends to the left (viewed from the rear of the car) past the lower pulley and protects it somewhat from excess muffler heat. This has greatly increased the life of that bearing. BTW, with over 116 thousand miles on VIN# 3507, I have replaced idler pulley bearings several times. The lower pulley bearing seems to fail more than the upper one which is why I added the extention to the heat shield. Once while returning from an overnight outing with several other DMC owners, the lower bearing froze up and the pulley broke loose, fell down onto the freeway, bounced up, and hit VIN# 2248's front facia damaging a parking/turn signal light. I didn't even notice or hear anything and # 2248 asked on the C.B. if I had hit or run over anything because when it hit him it made a terrible noise. Overheating will cause air to be drawn into the coolant lines this causes an air bubble to collect at the thermostat. The air bleed screw at the thermostat is there to bleed out the excess air.
The wiring jumper (bridge) is a after market modification to by-pass the Fain Fail relay which has a 98% failure rate.

Before I do what you suggest I do, I wanted to see if the lights still did what I said they did and they go on when the door is all the way on the bottom like I said before and they also go on when the door is at its highest peak. So it goes out anywhere in between those two points...should I still try what you suggested I do?

To anyone who may have doubts or even care about this...
.....Yes, the DeLorean Atari Machines ARE real and they do INDEED exist. I had the majority of them piled to the ceiling in my garage for several years and no clue on what to do with them.
They are not anything extremely significant. Just a souped up Atari with extra silver on it and on the joysticks with what I am pretty sure is the hood badge from the 1983 DMC's on the machine, all packed in a box with a foil metal DeLorean emblem in the corner.
There were about 50 made as far as I know, with two completely silver prototypes which is what is posted on ebay. The 50 varied slightly in design from what I could tell. Im not sure if they were made by Atari or a third party company, but the more I looked into it, I'd probably go with the later of the two. I bought them from directly from Atari in the early 90's because they simply didn't know what to do with them. I have heard a few different stories as to when and why they were produced, but it's all just very confusing to me, and it ended up causing a LOT of trouble between the history of the machines and the shipping from Florida, so I just got rid of them.

If your battery was not old and the car wasn't left for 2 months, you've probably got a low amp short.
To check for this, turn everything in the car off, disconnect one battery terminal, then touch the terminal ever so lightly to its battery post. If you see any spark, you've got a short. To tell where, pull the fuses one at a time until you get no spark. That's the circuit where the short is.

Hi Nick,
In that case you've probably got a broken wire somewhere in your door hinge. I had this problem with my car and I had to remove the top (T-bar) and the inside covering of the doors to shift the problem so that the wiring does no longer make any false contact when I open/close the door. Of course the bad part in the harness was repaired. This was not really a big deal because the car was completely dismantled anyway.

Before I do what you suggest I do, I wanted to see if the lights still did what I said they did and they go on when the door is all the way on the bottom like I said before and they also go on when the door is at its highest peak. So it goes out anywhere in between those two points...should I still try what you suggested I do?

The bearing is non serviceable, just replace it. You will need to identify which bearing is bad. To determine which bearing is bad drive the car on a traffic free roadway and steer the car to the left and than to the right. Whichever direction reduces the noise the bearing on the side of the turn is defective. In other words: if you steer to the right and the noise is reduced the right front bearing is defective.

Your problem is related to fuel delivery, warm-up circuit, or fuel enrichment circuit.

Hi all,
Dave Howarth is now operating a turn-around facility for re-gassed gas struts (incl door struts).
I asked him for a price and he said 42 pounds per PAIR of struts. That is including return international shipping. Simply send your sagging struts to Dave with a cheque for 42 pounds (which equals 69 dollars - slightly more than the cost of ONE new strut from DMC Houston) and he'll send you a pair of re-gassed struts by return.
NB I've seen the results of these re-gassed struts - feel free to download the video on the website (where you'll also find Dave Howarth's address) of how a door SHOULD open :o)

Also, the price of 42 pounds sends about 2 pounds to the club. The rest is the cost of sending the struts off for re-gassing. Dave does this in batches of about 30.

did anybody watch "Just Shoot Me" last night? there was a Delorean in it. The old lady that tries to act and dress young drove it. It had a gas flap, thats all you could tell. SHe hit a man with it when she was making out with some ambassidor from another country. Its nice to see the D still used in TV and stuff. But I think it needs another good roll.
