Since he now WORKS for one of the "major parts vendors", specifically DMC Houston, I'm sure his new employer would frown on his competing with them. I'm not interested in getting into the DeLorean parts business, so this part of the site is closing down. I am now maintaining the dmcnews.com web page, and am slowly updating it. Although this works (sometimes), it really screws up the archives (looks like pages of gibberish) , and anyone reading the mail on a text-based mail reader (such as Eudora) gets a similar bunch of garbage. It also causes very large email files to be broadcast (hundeds of kbytes instead of 1kbyte), which causes many peoples' email servers to fill up and begin bouncing their mail. Please just put in a web link to wherever this stuff comes from. Moderators will be looking closer for this and will begin rejecting these messages. This seems to be a particular problem with Hotmail, at the moment there are about 50 people with Hotmail accounts that are "bouncing" email back to the list. When this happens egroups just stops sending them messages. If you evern notice the list stops coing for more than a day, send a note to mailto:moderator@dmcnews.com. I'll try the sheila shine stuff, but in the meantime Does anyone know if there is a stainless steel cleaner out there with the same properties yet doesn't make the car look two shades darker????
