It is a locally based nationwide construction firm. Since I don't thousands of square feet of commercial space I think cash in pocket would be better :-)  Your adventure sounded like lots of fun!

Years back a friend of my son was managing the Radisson Hotel in down town Minneapolis. They had a convention booked with a Back To The Future theme and he wanted me to park my DeLorean in the front lobby entrance. He said he didn’t have approval for monetary compensation but he’d give us a weekend in one of the suites on the floor that takes a key to get off the elevator. It was an interesting weekend when we stayed there. An Arab prince was staying there for some medical thing at the U of M hospital. His entourage took one whole floor of the hotel and they had every off duty cop in town doing either security or leading baby sitting tours for the kids. One cop told me he escorted a group to the Minnesota zoo and the kids said they would bring their father back the next day to buy all the animals!

What type of local business is it. If it’s one you may frequent in the future maybe they’ll give you a discount or some such thing.
