[DML] status of 3133 in ontario canada

just a heads up to all, sorry for being a lurker
looking at 3133 out of nova scotia, was on kijiji in ontario
there are HUGE liens against the car, so do NOT buy it unless you want to spend years sorting it out. I talked with the bank holding the lien and they said it is so tied up in other messes that can't just pay off the car lien w/o paying off other mortgages
So the NS seller sold it under false pretenses and so is the current Ontario seller (who will probably claim ignorance of all this)

Sorry to be a downer... thought i finally had a D and typical "too good to be true"
