This one ended up on it's roof and stayed that way until the flatbed tow truck turned it back over.

Plenty of grass still stuck in the scraped stainless steel from being upside down in the center median.
I took the above photos the day after the accident. Luckily, the driver only had a few cuts and bumps.
That is one that I actually have heard before. Not so much the promise part, but just that a delorean would always land wheels down if it rolled.
Even heard someone say once that if you ended up flipped over that you could open the door and us that to lever the car back over. :-)
At a car show on Saturday, someone told me (and he was adamant that it
was true) that John DeLorean "_promised_" that "if a DeLorean rolled it
would always return to its wheels."
I find DeLorean urban legends amusing. I didn't argue with him and
don't want to prove it right or wrong.
I also had more than one person comment on DeLoreans having a special
affinity for the white line.
