Hello everyone, Has anyone ever tried to get rid of the screens in the engine cover? Does the car really need them? Are they necessary? I'm sure it will raise the engine compartment temperature a little but is it something that will actually make a difference? Most cars do not have any vents in their engine covers so why would a DeLorean need them? I'm just wondering as I hate to see the engine get all wet every time it rains. I don't like the idea of water dripping right on the belts and corroding the A/C clutch. And I'm sure you all know about water getting into the throttle cable and then freezing. So, the idea is to just remove the screens and fill in the holes. What do you think? Greetings from Poland!
