Gary & Kevin,

 

     Just be VERY WARY of Grundy, especially when you want to collect or
renew.  I've personally had problems with him in the past 2 separate
times over a 4 year period.  I held insurance with him for about 15+
years total.  I actually had to get the PA State Attorney General from
The Insurance Commission involved and Grundy was fined by the PA State
Insurance commission over $50K for what he did to me on my antique auto
insurance violating State Insurance regulations on contracts.  James
Grundy, personally, actually lost his insurance license to practice in
the state for over 5 years due to me but then had his relative then
operate the business on the relative's license.  I still have all my
paperwork from those incidents.  

     Again, maybe now he is on the 'straight and narrow' doing the
proper thing, however in my life experience, leopards (bad business
people) don't change their spots and will screw you again when given the
first chance.  I've dropped Grundy eventually after my policies were
reinstated and I collected on my claim.  Grundy's just not worth the
effort in my experience and I'd rather do business with someone honest.
