The fuel tanks should be cleaned out by hand and the motors turned over by hand. Figure you will have to rebuild the fuel systems, brake systems, clutch hydraulics and the cooling systems. Even though the cars may have been stored indoors they are not drivable. You will be replacing the struts, batteries and tires. This is not a "Throw fresh gas and a new battery" at it and drive kind of thing. A LOT of work.
