This is not a "negative" post but a clarification and a comment on this one. All of us have made mistakes in the past, only you continue to dredge this stuff up after all of these years. We all get you were not happy with your business dealings with a Delorean vender. Suck it up and get over it. Living in CT you should have been familiar with the tax rules and what can happen. BTW, what is a "Personal business check" and if it was good what does it matter? Now you say you held back some of the stuff that was agreed to be sold? No wonder you did not get paid in full. At least you can't complain he showed up with a book!!!!!!!! As for the terms and payment, you accepted them and got paid so what is your complaint? From what you said in this post it would seem the Delorean vender would have a complaint, you did not give him everything you were supposed to. I am not trying to be a bully, I was there and am only trying to correct what I see as inaccurate statements. BTW, you were the one who said that you had to get out of the garage quickly, it was being sold and you insisted on doing this deal quickly. You were concerned the other buyer could not get the stuff out quick enough, not being local. I think everyone has heard enough of this, can we end it now?
