[DML] HVAC decals - what there is to know...

One of the earliest reviews of "The Illustrated Buyer's Guide to DeLorean
Automobiles <http://www.deloreanguide.com>" lamented that there wasn't more
information or photos of the various HVAC panel decals used throughout the
production of the car.

I knew that this subject alone could take up several pages to explain and
illustrate, and in the overall scheme of things, I felt that it was a minor
point when considering a car for purchase. Nevertheless, I knew there would
be some who wanted to know more, and I enjoy researching the history of
parts like this, so I put it near the top of the list for blog posts I
wanted to include on the website for the book.
