I don't believe an issue with multiple user names exists as long as James clearly signs his emails so he can be identified. I'm on different forums where a certain vendor might use his company email address when speaking for the company or as a professional. He then uses his personal account when talking about things personal to him and not so much as a spokesperson from the company. If James or anyone else can follow these rules I don't see an issue.
