Grounding the RPM relay through the inertia switch, then grounding the pump directly to the frame, would accomplish the same thing. The RPM relay only pulls a fraction of the pump's amps, so the OEM ganged ground wire won't be overloaded anymore. There are a variety of ways to modify that particular part of the ground system.
