It is clicks, and not a whine?  Then it is ignition.

Do you only hear it on the radio?  or on tape/cd too?

The radio noise is consistent with RPMs. The higher the RPMs the faster the "clicks" or noise. I've changed the plugs and wires since I've had the noise and it had no effect on the noise.
