Using this method of problem solving, when the 30 amp breaker starts to fail, you will replace it with a 35 amp breaker instead of fixing the blower motor that is failing. Do you do the same thing in your house when a breaker trips? There is a reason the breaker is sized the way it is. -- Mike ________________________________ From: "stevedmc@xxxxxxxxx" <stevedmc@xxxxxxxxx> To: "dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" <dmcnews@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tue, July 3, 2012 9:48:53 PM Subject: Re: [DML] Sad, what this list has become.. Evidently I am not the only person using a 30 amp breaker for the AC blower. Hervey's website suggests a 30 amp breaker and so do people on another forum. I also installed a 30 amp breaker for a guy in Baton Rouge (who doesn't participate on the forums) and he is as happy as can be. All I can say is it works for me and others as well Obviously Dave's 25 amp breaker is better than the 25 amp breaker I pulled out if my car. -- Steve Rice #16510 On Jul 3, 2012, at 9:35 PM, Marc Levy <malevy_nj@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > "Thank you for the helpful advice" would have been a more appropriate response >Steve.
