Well heck, if it's just a U-Nut, then it should be easy to replace right? What, 5 minutes? ..(my bad, actually Part number 26. J ) No, nothing rattling around, except for those 2 Circuit Breakers (because they wouldn't fit back into the little metal holders), but now one of those is repaired and back in it's home J. There is the standard Delo smell back there, and lots of mouse 'dander' around and below the metal tray. I want to remove it to get under it and wipe the area clean. I think I can remove a few mounting bolts and pry it gently aside to get to the underneath to clean it, but then if I can go a little further and actually replace it, I will. Up towards the top it is actually 'rusted' (pee'd) through the metal. Just want to get rid of it if I can. But, there are a few more important items to fix first. Soft Brakes (I wrongly used DOT 3), Passenger side window won't go up, Fuel Sending unit DOA, BAD idle hunt, runs Rich, carpet needs replaced, radio needs replaced, seats need recovered, headliners, .yada yada yada. All things on the list. One of then was fix the blower motor, and with your expert help I can say that is now fixed. I just took my daughter to her friends for a sleep over about 20 minutes each way, blower motor stayed on the whole time! THANK YOU! Part number 21 is a U nut. On a serious note, is there any rattling coming from the tray? I would just leave it alone if it is holding everything in there.
