What in the world was your message #85544 all about then?! There are only two possibilities: either the DeLorean electrical system is adequate, or it is inadequate. You could take a blind guess and still have a 50/50 chance of getting it right. Even you must admit that large number of capacitors in a DeLorean, including additional capacitors that were scotch locked on in the middle of production, is atypical (does your Mustang have that many capacitors?). IMHO all those capacitors do indeed indicate a fundamental flaw in the electrical system, most likely on the ground side. That's my opinion (shared by Rob Grady, thank you very much). Live with it.
