Cigarette lighter fixed thanks to all, especially Dave S After checking all the wiring and connections. All I had to do was just rotate The lighter housing like he suggested, I know it's been that way for atleast Five years because I have always had a constant drain on my Opitma Battery. I just don't drive the car enough, and overlooked the obvious.
