Sometimes, if it is in the DMC database. There is often a key code written on the door under the headliner (K9999X is what it will look like) but that assumes it is a one-key car AND nobody has swapped the doors. The 5-digit VIN will also be written on the door, it should match your car! Also look for a sticker on the bottom of the steering column cover with the code written there (relatively rare) Worst-case, a COMPETENT locksmith can disassemble the steering column lock and reverse-engineer the key.
