DW vacation packages include airport transportation.  I don't know if they would sell you a transfer voucher without the full package, but those buses only go to the Disney owned resorts (not Downtown Disney, where the Hilton is).  You *could* transfer to a downtown Disney bus from any resort, then walk the short distance to the Hilton but it is probably not worth it.

I thought there were other transport companies that had airport-to-hotel service, but have never investigated it.  Cab is a possibility, but the drive is by no means short.  The airport is not at all close to DW. 

We got a good deal on a 5 person van rental through CostCo.  Sharing the cost makes it reasonable enough to be worth it with the added flexibility of having our own car.
