Hi Ken, Almost any full size truck will tow my trailer empty, but you need serious HP and torque to tow two cars. If you are towing "on the flats" (not the mountains), Silverado may be OK. I'm a Blue Oval guy, so I do not know if the Silverado comes in a 1/2, 3/4 and 1 ton. I highly recommend the truck has at least a 454 V8. I used an old Ford Superduty with a 7.3L Diesel for the PF 2004 transport, with the D Rex and the GT40RC, and the mountains ate the automatic transmission and brakes. Truck was fine after a new transmission and new brakes. Class V hitch is highly recommended, with sway control. The 32ft trailer is much closer to being "ready to go" but it is also considered a "deck over", so a lowered car may have a little difficulty loading onto the deck. I will be away from a computer starting tonight and all through the Memorial Day weekend, so if you need to get some additional answers, you have my cell number. Let me know by June 1st, if you need the trailer.
