I assure you: Marc has never had any problem poking me with verbal barbs. The very first time I met him at DMA FF'03. he criticized my car (specifically, my brake light mod). That set the tenor for our "relationship" ever since. I have listened to Marc's criticisms at every gathering I have attended since. Approaching the one decade mark, I've simply decided not to take his crap anymore. I understand that he is taken aback -- he probably never figured that I would ever bite back. It can save time in having to go back and forth with the forum and while you are under the car, you can check out a number of items and make sure that all of them are OK. You may even find something else that is going bad and fix it before it breaks entirely. Just because someone mentions that maybe work has to be done in the trans, it is common sense that you wouldn't do that first, but as a last resort. > Gary Masie > ------------------------------------ To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
