As I said, nobody is thrilled about Ed's price tag, but once his brackets are installed people seem very pleased with the results. I have yet to see even one person express regret over installing them. Ed's machinist does a nice job of fabrication too. Not only are the brackets dimensionally correct, but the humongous weld beads on the back (bushing tubes) are very well done. It's a lot of money for bent pieces of metal, but they do at least bolt right on without any problem. Do your bushings squeak at all against the shock towers? I stood mine off on washers to protect the paint job, but figured that minimizing bushing movement would also minimize squeak as well. Did your brackets come with Grade 5 or Grade bolts? Mine came with Grade 5 (no problem since I swapped them out for longer bolts anyway), but Dave Swingle said last year (Message #82592) that he was going to start supplying Grade 8's on Ed's behalf.
