I just plug them into the cigarette lighter. $20 for a 3 watt weatherproof charger is a bargain compared to $75-$100 shelf prices. My church's chargers sit in the buses' front windows, but the one's I've just picked up for my cars will need to lay on cinder blocks next to them because I've got covers.
