Failed attempt at humor.

When you get right down to it, "the" electric DeLorean was Carl Tilley's. 

Trivia: Bob and Ryan Brandys' electric DeLorean is Tilley's electric DeLorean -- they bought it, stripped all the guts out, then replaced them with lithium ion batteries, controllers, and a new motor.
