While this is a nice video, and the information on his ignition system is interesting, it has nothing to do with the discussion at hand. I see no shots of the exhaust in the video- maybe I blinked? Focus Bill! :) Do you dispute my claim that the carburetor alone would not justify a "performance improvement"? Even if it is seat of the pants.. Still no response to how a carburetor compensates for Air density/pressure/temperature, ignition timing, or fuel quality... Still waiting on that one. Once again, I am not finding fault with you for your choice in fuel delivery.. or anyone else who chooses carburetor over the other options. But I do find fault with your constant "sell" on this, and other modifications that you have done over the years. --- On Thu, 4/12/12, content22207 <brobertson@xxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > You can catch glimpses of John's > exhaust system in this video, and even though he is running > MSD plug wires, if you look closely at his resistor grid it > is still stock (~8v into the coil -- certainly unable to > power HEI plug gaps): > http://vimeo.com/27604469 > > I won't be at the DMA Spring Social, but John might be.
