[DML] Windshield bracing jig?

Please notice the picture in the 3rd row and second one in from the left.
Notice the bracing on the console at the front of the car and at the back of the car on the rear shelf, just beyond the console.
Is this the bracing/jig that was being talked about being needed when replacing the windshield?

Any thoughts from anyone?
