For the morbidly curious, this is what a Peugeot 604 manifold looks like installed on a DeLorean: http://sphotos.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/430611_352253408153249_100001057778755_1049600_1530865928_n.jpg Peugeot 604 two barrel bores are offset towards the rear of the manifold, so Motorcraft 2100 users need to use an early model with integrated choke pulloff for clearance with the distributor (an external pulloff will fit, but only by fractions of an inch): http://sphotos.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/423713_352253511486572_100001057778755_1049601_725941828_n.jpg Integrated choke pulloff: http://sphotos.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-snc7/427748_352253578153232_100001057778755_1049602_1184295832_n.jpg Throttle cable bracket (paint is still drying, hence its absence in the installed pics): http://a5.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/418402_352252598153330_100001057778755_1049594_1887145718_n.jpg Note: a Peugeot 604 manifold is single plane, not dual plane (underneath the two throttle bores is a common plenum). The intake runners also are square, not round. The combined effect is increased airflow into the engine. Yields better performance, but fuel economy will drop slightly (certainly no more than a mile or two per gallon). Manifold vacuum is correspondingly lower too (about 18 inches max). Owner of this manifold will discover that his engine is happier at higher RPM's than lower RPM's. It's closer to a racing manifold than a street manifold. My Volvo A Series manifold, without the plastic divider piece, is pretty much the same. Renault used this manifold on the Alpine (different carbs).
