Well I prefer making a phone call. It gives me a chance to ask questions before spending tons of money. This is one of the reasons I prefer dealing with DMCMW. One time I called them up ready to spend $400 on a new steering rack. After talking to Dave for a few minutes he ended up selling me a steering column for a fraction of what I would have spent on a steering rack. Hervey is another great guy about giving expert advice over the phone. Sometimes he is a little hard to get in touch with, and for those times I just use email, but I always try to reach out to him to make sure what I want to order is in stock. He seems to make every effort to help people save money as well. I wish I could just order stuff from him directly over the phone, but given the size of his business ordering through the website is probably the best way for him to manage orders.
