The new composite underbody is targeted for both the electric DeLorean and the right hand drive DeLoreans. 

These cars have a new up to date HVAC system that is smaller and more efficient.  Hence, the redesign
of the frame rail on the passenger side to give more bonnet storage room.  

This boday can be used on older DeLoreans but would require some easy modifications.  

They are 200 lbs lighter and 10 x stronger than the 30+ year old stock FG bodies. 

The other really cool thing about this body is the transparency of some sections.    This allows back lighting. 

You could build a glowing DeLorean body!

Never did ask about the price though.
