I just communicated with an owner who wants to adjust his valves, but has a gigantic muffler across the back of his car, which of course precludes putting a socket wrench on the engine to rotate it. I know there are alternatives, such as a strap wrench, but why not simply move the muffler in the first place, not only opening up gobs of working room, but also preserving your fascia from warping, and eliminating heat damage to belts and seals on the front of the engine: http://sphotos.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/432307_340484645996792_100001057778755_1020050_40248587_n.jpg Bill Robertson #5939 ------------------------------------ To address comments privately to the moderating team, please address: moderators@xxxxxxxxxxx For more info on the list, tech articles, cars for sale see www.dmcnews.com To search the archives or view files, log in at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dmcnewsYahoo!
