It could be anything between the battery and the motor, including all of the things mentioned. I would start by removing the battery and cleaning the connections. I would also fully charge and load-test it. If it is over 5 years old just replace it. Next would be a through visual examination of the wiring harness especially in the area around the starter and the alternator.
