I don't think the show officially airs in the U.S. until tonight, but I did watch it on one of the various Interwebs already. I gotta say, it was refreshing to not hear much of the normal nonsense about the car. They did a really good job with the show, and presented the required repairs pretty accurately. I suspect the great group in the U.K. helped out quite a bit (it was good to see Chris Nicholson make an appearance, too). They really captured the excitement around owning and driving the car rather than making the usual ridiculous comparison about how relatively slow an antique car is. I feel like they 'got it' when I watched it. The car looked a little ratty, but Danny Botkin fixed them right up. That tall dude on the show seems to be quite a versatile mechanic as well.
