Now we've really got something.  --Or at least we would, if anyone had ever said 
that Bill "doesn't follow through".  If anything, there's been an argument that 
Bill follows through entirely too often (and frequently unnecessarily).  No one 
ever said he wouldn't give you the shirt off his back.

I followed through (paid $61 in tolls for the privilege -- here's an urgent news 
flash: North Carolina does not have a single toll road in the entire state, yet 
our roads are wider, less crowded, and in better overall condition than any 
roads up north).
