You have 2 problems. The first is something is not balanced. The other is some play (looseness) in the steering and/or suspension. First step would be to have all of the wheels dynamically (spin) balanced. Next do a complete visual inspection of everything in the front of the car. Something is wrong, you just have to find it. It could be new parts too so everything has to be checked till you find the problem. The tires in front are new, ball joints and tie rods are new. Wheel runout is around 0.010-0.020. Wheel bearings seem tight but are original, steering rack is original. I've been living with this since I bought the car 13 years ago. A full tank of gas makes less vibration. I've tried all different tire pressures with no difference. I would like to find another owner and switch front wheels to see if it's the wheels but other than that I'm out of ideas.
