Not really that difficult, once you chisel off the old rivets. You need to separate it from the knuckle just like the lower, and reattach it to the new upper arms with common 6mm hardware. There is no spring-load on the upper arm, so once you separate the joint it can be lifted up for access. The knuckle assembly will stay attached to the lower bal joint and just sit there.
