[DML] Radiator Cover?

Hi,

I was told at one point that my car is missing a cover that fits somewhere beneath the radiator.  I believe its purpose is to better direct airflow from the front of the car to the radiator (and restrict the air from flowing down to the road and away from the radiator).  If I remember, it was a long, flexible piece that runs the width of the front end.  I can't find this in the manuals.  Does anyone know what I'm describing and can you direct me to the part in the manual?
