[DML] DMCTalk.

While I myself prefer the e-mail format of the DML, I realize many people like the forums better..  I appreciate the efforts of the people over at DMCTalk, and try to participate myself.  I was shocked to see it disappear.  It looked to me like it had been taken down on purpose because both the hosting information and DNS information had changed...  But I guess I was wrong about that;
