You have a few non-standard items in there, for example the far left bottom relay isn't supposed to be a relay, it should be a jumper wire in place of the original blue module. But since it was working it's likely that someone rewired it so lets ignore that for now. I just point it out as a sign that things are not as they left the factory. Otherwise, check fuse #11.
