I had a photo shoot and the production company wanted me to cover the car and they would reimburse. I called Hagerty (the car was already covered by them) and they said all it would take is a letter from me with the specifics, where, when, static or moving, transportation to and from, who would be with the car etc. Cost $100 for the day.
